My next door neighbour has a springer named Marty, and my dog Birkley loves to sit on his property line and bug him. Well today, Marty had to sit in the time out chair for wandering around on other peoples property. I swear as Birkley walks up and down the property line in front of him you can almost catch a smile on his face, since he is now able to claim his toys that Marty can't get to!
